The Clarks: *2 Months*

My little baby boy is 2 months old! I cannot believe it! I know it is weird, but everytime he has a "first" it's bittersweet to me because I am happy yet sad he is growing up! Haha, I probably should get a life because I know it has only just begun! These have been the best 2 months of my life! Chris & I are still beside ourselves on this sweet little blessing. I know I am biased, but he really is a great baby! Let me share with you all the things I want to brag about at this 2 Month update:)

*2 Months!*

Weight: 10lbs 4 oz (25th percentile)

Height: 22 1/4 inches (25th percentile)... he's a little bit:)

Clothes Size: 0-3 Months

Diaper Size: Size 1

What Grayson Likes: Lately Grayson has really been digging attention. He is rarely fussy, but when he is he usually just wants to play or conversate! He is an active little fella! He loves to stand on your legs and bounce & do what we call the "hoola hoop". He loves his crib sound toy which allows Mommy to sneak in a shower! He loves when you play with your tongue and make funny noises and he also loves the kissy noise! He can hear Momma & Daddy's voice from a mile away and lights up when he hears it. He smiles so big when Momma says "Hi buddy!" & Daddy gets his ear! He has also learned to love his booger sucker. At our 1 Month update I think I said he hated it, well maybe now he realizes Mommy really does have good intentions behind that thing:) He also loves having his head rubbed and loves bath time!!

What Grayson Dislikes: Grayson does not like getting lotion put on after his bath. I don't know what it is, I can warm it up in my hands and he goes from smiles to extremely upset in a split second. He also hates getting his fingernails filed... I have to sneak this in while someone else is feeding him. And I have just learned recently due to the cold weather he hates getting layered up in clothes! He just cries and cries until I get him calmed down. I feel so bad, but I can't help but laugh when he looks like Ralphie from A Christmas Story:)

Best Moment this Month: Will I ever have a month where I have just one best moment? I don't think so! Gray gives us great moments everyday, but the best are probably when Chris & I are talking to him and he answers with something that goes along with what we say. For instance, I had to go to the Harley shop today for a costume and Chris said now Graybear don't get you a motorcycle outfit yet, and he responded with a "wooow" and a big smile! I think he knows what we're saying already! HA!

This Month I: Had a lot of firsts!! I went to the zoo, had a picnic at the park and went to my first restaurant, Leonards BBQ:). I had my 2 month shots and did so great! I cried for maybe 1 min. and then didn't fuss anymore, I'm such a big boy! I have found my hands & fingers and I'm so close to sucking my thumb. I get out a lot these days with Mom while she runs errands and I am the best baby to take along. I sleep almost the whole time! I have started sleeping 7 hours through the night... woohoo!! I am taking 6 oz. every 3 1/2 hours and am growing like a weed. One more statistic to add... my head measurements were 40 & that's in the 50th percentile... maybe one day my weight & height will catch up! But for now, I'll be a little bit:)
